Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund of deposited money, cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date will be charged a fee equal to the first night’s stay. Cancellations and changes are only accepted by calling the park directly at (903)563-2232. No shows are non-refundable. Your confirmed reservation will hold your site until 11:00 a.m. on the day following your scheduled date of arrival. At that time if you have not made special arrangements with the park, your reservation will be released without refund. Please call us at (903)563-2232 to avoid this situation.
