Cancellation Policy:
All reservations have a fee withdrawn to cancel, no full refunds. Refunds are processed by Check only. Please allow one week from date of cancellation to receive refund. The guest must notify the office by phone or email to cancel a reservation. The day the park is notified of the cancellation will determine the "option #" used on the parks' cancellation chart. Notifying the office will guarantee that the guest have received the proper refunded amount.
