Cancellations:
All cancellations must be done via email. The email must be time stamped by the minimum days listed below to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations for Campsites: The management will return the deposit minus a $30 service charge if the guest decides to cancel eight (8) or more days prior to arrival date. If the guest decides to cancel SEVEN (7) days or less of arrival date, the full deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations for Holidays: The management will return the deposit minus a $30 service charge if the guest cancels thirty (30) or more days before arrival date. The management does not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made twenty-nine (29) days or less of arrival date.
Cancellations for no shows: Guests failing to contact the park to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'no show'. 'no shows' are subject to the same cancellation policies.
