Reservations:
A deposit of 20% of your entire reservation cost is required at the time the reservation is made. Deposit will be charged to the card used to make the reservation. Charge will show on your Credit Card Statement as a charge from Awesome Adventures. Balance will be collected upon your arrival at Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort.

Cancellations:
If you cancel your reservation 7+ days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of your deposit MINUS a 6% Processing Fee. The 6% Processing Fee is calculated on the total cost of your reservation including Utah Lodging Tax. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, or do not show up for your reservation, no refunds will be due and deposit will be forfeited.
