C30 Large RV

“Right side mirror was loose, couldn't use it while driving; No water in the wiper washer deposit, and the bed in the dining area was too uncomfortable. One of the doors of the outside storage space could not be closed with key.”

“Vehicle great.Depot Service in Houston excell.Atlanta very different NOT friendly, rude!! Not pleasant.Requested shuttle to Atlanta.The boss said to book a taxi $90 the same as shuttle, the Rec very rude queried this, said the taxi $120.We waited an hour, another girl said she was taking us, they charged $120, not $90 as advertised. Depot is a side business to the 'bosses' main business.Propane tank not full, charged us NOT through CA but his other business, do not not know if charged correctly.”

“Vehicle was as expected, clean comfortable and sufficient for our needs”

“The vehicle was not in very good condition. Faults were as follows: -many doors and panels were broken -the waste dump pipe was broken and the door for the waste pipe was missing -the level indicator lights did not work There was also no broom provided so we had to buy a broom ”

“A large and spacious vehicle, a powerful engine with no problems over the 2000 miles we used. The interior of the vehicle is very simple, heat is emitted from the engine to the passenger compartment towards the feet - very unpleasant. The refrigerator did not run on gas so that while we were not connected the temperature went up (when we got the car the refrigerator smelled terrible). The living area is very spacious although not luxurious.”

“Toilet seat misfit totally so pee leaking the whole week”

“The RV was in very bad conditions. Bath and kitchen smells like a public restrooms. The sewer hose had two holes and I had to use the other RV hose. Besides, when i received the RV, all floor was full of water.”

“The vehicle was beautiful, practically brand new. Comfortable, easy to drive and perfect for us. ”

“Vehicle was almost brand new so was very clean. The run through, however, was quite brief. It would be useful if cleaning products etc were supplied with the vehicle. We had to purchase items such as dishwashing detergent, fly spray etc then had to give it all away at the end of our trip.”

“I would recommend few minor things, which would come very handy during our travel such as few more plastic dishes, cooking pots, plastic cups, toilet chemicals, rubber gloves, etc. I believe all travelers would not refuse to pay few extra dollars since they would not have to do extra purchases during their voyage so tey could rather concentrate on their trip. “The RV which we rented from Denver was awful. The radio has been dead only aftr 3days and side mirror started shaking so bad. On free-way in heavy rain, the wiper suddenly came off. Then after 5days RV started shaking again when over 55mph. When I contacted CA, they told us to keep going to next destination. I was 150miles away!! So we ignored and decided to go to the closest repair shop.The tire was almost busted. Also our generator never worked at all. This RV was so bad and disappointed us.”

“Vehicle served us well. Slight problem with the water heater initially but this was fixed with help from travellers assistance.”

“The vehicle was very dirty. The correct thing is the rental company make the cleaning every time after the return of it. Under the bed it was terribly dirty. I was very disappointed. The towels were all stained and smelly.”

“i had to exchange the vehicle on the first day, when driving at 50 mph the drivers wheel would go crazy and the yellow alarm light in the panel turned on (old vehicle with 120.000 miles) and it was delivered with a cold water valve open. the next with changed for another one which had more miles but better conditions. The only problems were : bad shower door (the first one also), bad alignment of driver wheel (just position) and snow enter the vehicle on top of my head. ”

“Had a few issues with meter that shows levels of gray and black water. Drain hose was too short to take advantage of full hook ups at RV parks.”

“Some minor damage was present but not complained about on returning the vehicle so that was fine. A reversing camera would be great. I received the vehicle not winterized and called the hotline. Followed the instructions. We had some very cold weather. On returning the vehicle, I was told that I did it wrong and should have come in for winterization. I guess no damage occurred after all but that wasn't what I was hoping to hear. ”
