Reservation:
Advance reservations are suggested. A reservation guarantees a site, but not a specific site. Of course we will do our best to accommodate site requests when possible. We require a deposit equal to one night’s camping to reserve a site or rental unit, except festival weekends. Festival weekends require full payment 14 days before your arrival date and all tickets purchased are non-refundable. No reservations will be held without a deposit.
Cancellation:
Festival cancellations require at least a 30 day notice to receive any refund. This includes The Spring Bluegrass Festival, The Country Music Showdown, The Hawgs Hosses Festival, The VCG&HG & The Fall Bluegrass Festival. All guests eligible for a refund will receive a full refund less a $10 administrative fee for festival campsites and rental properties. Tickets are non refundable. All other cancellations require a 14-day notice prior to the reserved date of arrival. All cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund less a $10 administrative fee. All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
