Reservation:
For campsite reservations there is a 3 night minimum Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, and a 2 night minimum on June, July, and August weekends, Columbus Day, and Halloween weekends. For Cabin and Cottage reservations, there is a 3 night minimum from June 15th through September 1st; and a 2 night minimum any other time. The Three Bears Lodge may only be reserved by the week (Saturday to Saturday) from June 15th through September 1st, and has a 3 night minimum all other times. We cannot guarantee specific cabins or cottages. For Memorial Day, Labor Day, and October weekends, the person in the site or cabin for that weekend has until Sunday at 1:00pm to reserve that same spot for next year.
A deposit of at least 50% of your total is required at the time of booking. Credit card deposits on Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express are processed at the time the reservation is made. All balances must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation:
If cancellations are received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date for a cabin, cottage, or Three Bears Lodge and 7 days for a campsite or golf cart, you may receive a refund minus a $10 bookkeeping fee. No refunds or date changes will be made less than 14 days out for a cabin, cottage, or Three Bears Lodge and 7 days for a campsite or golf cart.
