Cancellation:
More than 30 days notice: Full Refund.
For Overnight booking cancellation less than 30 to 3 day a $10.00 cancelation fee applies and after 12:00 noon or 48 Hours before scheduled date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
For weekly cancellation a 30-14 Days notice - $10.00 cancelation fee per week applies and Less than 14 Days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
For monthly cancellation less than 30 Days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
