Reservation:
Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.
A two-night reservation is required from June through September and on weekends.
A three-night reservation is required on selected holidays.
Reservations made more than 180 days in advance will require a 50% non-refundable deposit by check.
Cancellation:
All cancellations are subject to a $25 charge.
A reservation made for dates less than 6 months in the future shall be responsible for one-half of the total booked amount if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival.
A reservation made for dates more than 6 months in the future shall be responsible for one-half of the total booked amount if the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before arrival.
No-shows and same day cancellations shall be charged in full.
