Reservation:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for all reservation over $200. All other reservations require a 100% deposit at time of booking. All reservations in July and August require a two-night minimum stay on the weekends, and a three-night minimum stay during the holidays of Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
Cancellation:
There is a $15 cancellation fee per unit. (Cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to arrival.) Reservations that are cancelled with less than 14 days notice will lose the entire deposit amount.
There are no refunds for early departure or weather conditions.
