Reservation:
A 1 night deposit is required.
For reservation a credit card is needed.
A two night stay is required on weekends during the months of July and August. A Three night minimum is required on all holiday's - Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

Cancellation:
One week notice is required for a refund. One night's stay will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation on cancellations made within one week of arrival date. Group cancellations require one month notice.
