Cancellation:
Deposit will not be refunded without either 24 hours notice of cancellation for each day of your regular reservation or, one week’s notice for holiday reservation.
A late cancellation subjects to forfeit of deposit or a charge to your credit card for one night's accommodation plus tax. Early departures require full payment unless the management can rent the unit to others.
All refunds are subject to a 5% service fee, which will be deducted from your refund check or billed to your credit card.
