Reservation policy:
2-night minimum on regular weekends.
3-night minimum on holiday weekends: Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
All weekend arrivals and cabin reservations must be paid in full within 10 days from when the reservation is made. Reservations not paid in full will be cancelled.
All weekday arrivals require a 50% down payment within 10 days from when the reservation is made. Reservations without down payments will be cancelled.
Credit cards and checks are processed as soon as they are received.
No personal checks accepted at check in time.
Only 1 discount may be used per visit.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $7.00 processing fee, or a credit voucher (good for 2012 season only).
If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you will receive a refund for the total amount minus 1 night.
No-shows will not receive a refund
