Reservation Policy:
A deposit is required to secure reservation.
Deposit must be received within 7 days from the day the reservation was made or site will be canceled.
2 night minimum with 1 night deposit
Holiday weekends 3 night minimum paid in full.
Cancellation Policy:
7 Day Notice is requiried. Deposit is non-refundable without proper notice. Reservations made with less than 7 days notice will forfeit entire deposit.
No shows forfeit entire deposit.
All other cancellations will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.
We cannot be responsible for situations affecting our guests due to weather, illness, work schedules etc., therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.
