Deposit Policy:
All reservations require a nonrefundable 25% deposit of the total reservation. Refunds are not given for early departures. Once your reservation is confirmed, you are responsible for the cost of the entire length of your stay (unless you cancel 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date-then only the cancellation fee applies). Our weekly rentals start Saturday afternoon and end Saturday morning.
Cancellation Policy:
25% cancellation fee charged for all cancellations. Please call 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date to cancel your reservation. If it is necessary to cancel your reservation with less than 60 days to your arrival, call us as soon as possible, we will try to re-reserve the cabin. However, if cabin isn’t re-rented for reserved days, the original customer is responsible for the entire reservation total.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of the reservation, including tax
