Reservation and Deposit Policy: (All sites and cabins)
Reservation Deposit: One Night Fee.
Group Reservations (2 or more): The person making the reservation is responsible for making ALL deposits - one night fee per site per reservation.
Cabin Reservations: A One Night Fee Deposit is required with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends, two-night minimum stay on all other weekends. No smoking or pets of any kind in the cabins -- No exceptions. You will be asked to leave if you bring a pet, and no refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy: (all sites except Cabins)
8 or more days notice: $10 cancellation fee will be charged, with the balance of the deposit returned as a credit voucher.
7 or less days notice: Deposit is non-refundable and if the site cannot be re-rented, you are responsible for the weekend fee. Please, No exceptions.
