Deposit Policy:
A credit card is due when the reservation is made. The reservation is just held with your card, nothing is charged until you arrive...unless you cancel, see information below. The balance due can be paid by cash or credit/debit card only, as we do not accept personal checks. If you have reserved sites for a group, each group member needs to contact us with their name, information, and credit card number within five days. If the reservation is for the following year, they have until January 31st. No sites will be held after January 31st. If a credit card is not available, a money order (as we do not take personal checks) will be required for the full amount. Sites are automatically cancelled if deposits are not received within five days.
All sites are confirmed by email. Please send a self addressed stamped envelope if you need one mailed. Sorry - no refunds for weather.
Cancellation Policy:
Any site cancelled after January 31st is subject to a $10.00 service charge.
Any site cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the entire balance due.
Please Note: We maintain an extensive waiting list for most weekends, if you need to cancel, even if it's less then 14 days from your scheduled arrival date, please call us...we will work with you, as we know cancellations are inevitable. If we can fill your site, you'll only be charged the $10.00 service charge. If you are able to reschedule for a future date, in the same year...we will not charge you anything.
