Reservation Policy:
A credit card will be required at the time of reservation. For weekend camping, the entire camping fee will be charged to that credit card 48 hours prior to arrival date. For large groups, we suggest the group leader collects money ahead of time to avoid any problems. Upon request, an email or mail confirmation will be forwarded.
Cancellation Policy:
For camping, we have a 48 hour cancellation period. If you notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit nothing will be charged to your credit card. If you do not notify us within 48 hours, the full amount will be charged. Sorry, no refunds due to weather. Please Note: We have a waiting list for most weekends, if you need to cancel, even if it's less than 48 hours from your scheduled arrival date, please call us...we will work with you, as we know cancellations are inevitable. If we can fill your site you'll only be charged a $10.00 service fee. If you are able to reschedule for a future date, in the same year, we will not charge you anything.
