If a cancellation is received 21 days prior to the reservation start date, a full refund will be given less a $25.00 processing fee OR we will issue a rain check less the $10.00 change fee.
If a cancellation is received 8-20 days prior to the reservation start date, a rain check will be issued less the $10.00 change fee. Cancellation received 7 days prior to the reservation start date will receive no refund or rain check.
