Cancellation Policy:
Holiday Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire deposit - unless we can re-rent your site ( a $10 charge will apply to re-rental).
Cancellations made before 10 days will be charged a $10 service charge.
All other cancellations will be charged a $10 processing fee.
No Shows forfeit entire deposit.
