Cancellation Policy:
$25 fee on all cancellations. Cancellations less than 14 days, forfeit one night deposit. Cancellations 7 days or less including the day of arrival will be charged for the entire stay.
Reservation Policy:
A one night deposit is due at the time of reservation. We accept money orders, Visa or MasterCard. Credit card deposits are charged when making reservations. There is a $25 administrative fee for any cancellations. Cancellations less than 14 days will forfeit one night deposit. Cancellations7days up to the day of arrival will be charged for the entire stay. $25 fee for all returned checks. NO Weather Refunds.
