3 nights minimum on Holidays for all reservations. All reservations are held only to 12:00 noon the next day w/deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund less $10.00 service charge as follows:
Camping Holidays - 21 days prior to date of arrival. Camping - non holidays if cancellation is made 16 days prior to date of arrival
Motel - 15 days prior to date of arrival Cottage - 30 days prior to date of arrival Trailer Rental - 30 days prior to date of arrival
Guest House - 30 days prior to date of arrival
