“Great van to drive; compact with everything provided. Booked mosquito nets but they did not fit. Bought old net curtains from op shop and used them instead - worked well. Pop up table did not pop up... no legs or attachments provided? Otherwise, good little van.”

“The vehicle wasn't quite as deluxe as the photos make it out to be and fuel consumption is not good at all for a long trip. It is however very reliable, easy to drive and there is quite a bit of storage space to play with. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would recommend using the same company and vehicle again although I would opt for a larger vehicle for more space and sleeping comfort next time. Customer service was top notch from the depot and over the phone.”

“There were a few items which didn't work well. The water pump, the lantern needed batteries, and the kettle had a little bit broken of the lever to lift the spout. But overall the vehicle went well”

“The pick up depot did not communicate with the drop off depot and therefore we almost missed drop off time, with the wrong information provided for opening times for drop off for weekend service. At the drop off depot, there was no vehicle check. Otherwise no problems with the vehicle- fantastic set up with all facilities required, even for warmth in winter travel.”

“Drove Well but the breaks felt they were going to give in when pedal down to the floor. Not sure if it is normal or not for this model but didn't feel safe when driving. Fridge stopped working half way through the trip. ”

“One serious remark I have: they should better check the cars carefully on technical points before handover to new customers.This will avoid a lot of frustration and cost for both Rental company as well for the customer. Our issues: We had twice troubles with the battery of the fridge! Windscreen washer system was broke + wipers in bad shape. The mattresses ( cushions) are to thin to be used as a mattress.I bought myself inflatable mattress to get a descent sleep.(costs $ 89,-). ”

“It was worth booking the vehicle as opposed to staying in motels, however the inside of the vehicle did not allow us to sit with a table as indicated in the photos shown. We had to clean the dishes when we arrived at our first stop destination as they were not cleaned properly. Linen was clean and good. One camping chair was broken - arms were of no use. ”
