“not very clean inside, former dammages not repaired, no safe inside, no rear camera for such a big vehicle, fuel not entirely full, one of the two gas bottles empty, the second one only filled to 50% only. So I was out of gas and had to buy another bottle for A$ 22,50... Regarding the response to asked questions: that's a good question, I do not know, nobody has asked this before...no external temperatur indicator”

“Only downside was the inbuilt sat nav did not have maps for Australia. ”

“Had a great holiday in the Crusin.Our first time in a motorhome. Had to repair a few things because of road conditions. Otherwise we will definitely do this again! ”

“The camper was very shabby and looked a lot older than 4 years old which you claimed it would be and why I paid more. The toilet was broken and we couldn't use it which I did inform you via email when I was in Australia. The awning was broken and unusable which should have been picked up before you let the vehicle out on hire again.Generally I am very disappointed.”

“Vehicle somewhat aged & worn and not maintained to best standard. A couple of screws rattled loose and fell out, bracket holding the gray water tank cracked and let go. Kitchen utensils very minimal to the point that even a chopping board and a mixing bowl are not provided. Personal service at Cruising' Tasmania's service at the base in Hobart is excellent. ”

“Motorhome we rented....leaked in the rain..........lights half full of water....one cupboard door broke off in hand when opened. Bed mattresses were just the chair pads......very uncomfortable, moved as made of different size chair pads.....curtains barely joined for privacy, too small for windows.......Cleanliness was fine...........Told there were to be 4 of us in motorhome....only had 3 heavy dooners....other thin summer doona....was snowing!!”

“We were given an older vehicle than expected. Different configuration with rear bed. Fly screens were broken, seat cushions dirty, AC unit clogged with dust, no mop for floor, broken handle on frying pan, broken bucket, cracked drawer in fridge and the toilet cassette contained both liquid and solid matter! (All of the above were listed and reported when we returned the vehicle to the depot.) ”

“We weren't given this vehicle and the switch out was nowhere close to similar. Would not recommend. ”

“Given 6 berth slide by Cruisin. we chose the Birdsville because of bed. Slide had drop down table & cushions separated during night - uncomfortable.”
