“This was the El-cheapo (older) model van, so I was stoked to see that the vehicle came with very fresh and clean bedding and good cooking utensils. However I was less impressed with the smell that had settled in the van - the windows had to be kept open all the time to prevent the damp odour from becoming overwhelming. At the depot there was a wait of approx. 20 minutes to pick up the pre-booked car as the depot was understaffed, returning the vehicle I dumped the keys and just left.”

“Vehicle had everything I needed and was clean & tidy. Locks were a bit stiff and I slightly bent the key. I informed the depot manager of this when I returned the vehicle. One of the mattresses was wet after the vehicle was cleaned and had to be dried out.”

“When I 1st booked I got a much more sophisticated van with electricity etc. My booking was twice changed without explanations that the facilities were being downgraded and I didn't realise how basic the van was until I went to pick it up. It was beautifully clean, but the bed was broken and kept collapsing.”

“The car was dusty and beslubber. We has to buy an oil to oil back dor for opening. Drapez tom off. We got two bottles of gas for 9 days and one was totaly empty. We miss some equipment during our travel. Bedding and kitchen equipment was clean.”

“The sleeping arrangement isn't the most comfortable but you don't expect that with the price. Some of the mattresses fall off too. Good to drive. Not loads of room but again it's cheap so you expect that.”

“It was a bit dirty and smelly inside when i got it. Tte Windows blinds came off all the time. Handlung of Windows wasnt Wirkung sometimes.”

“The van had mould in it that should have been cleaned prior to collection. The sun roof stopped closing towards the end of our trip and the esky had a broken hinge and should have been replaced. The middle part of the mattress was too small and would cave in during the night. ”

“This Vehicle was a let down as we reported to Juicy on return it had a lot of faults compared to the last vehicle we hired We were dissapointment ”

“The car is a very compact van and an easy drive. It has most of the things you'd want from a campervan for a good price. Jucy customer service at pickup and dropoff was terrible - the guy was clearly a gap yearer, had no idea about how the car works. The cigarette-lighter in the car was also broken, though the Jucy representative told us it will work once the engines warms up...I had to go up to a repairman in the garage who kindly admitted that it is broken and fixed it in 1 minute.”
