“1. cooking hop wasn't working. cooking utensils were stained. 2. when we ran into trouble returning vehicle on time due to a road traffic accident resulting in a jam and therefore delay by 45 mins. we were subjected to a $150 plus overtime charge. tried calling the service centre in perth with no pick up until after few hours of attempt.”

“The linen, pillows and towels where of poor quality. Bed was short and had to lie in fetal position every night due to lack of leg room. Shower was unusable unless you where a small child. Both of us are 6 foot and over. The Awning was not easy to erect and we paid an extra $55 for the privilege. Table which we paid $25 was very old and dirty. We noticed other Maui vans had table cloths. Toilet smelt and leaked onto floor throughout the journey. Water pump was very noisy. ”
