BIG4 Batemans Bay is located on the beautiful Clyde River in Batemans Bay. This resort style caravan park offers a fantastic range of luxury cabin accommodation, caravan and camping sites, some with private en suites. The park overlooks the Batemans Bay town centre and the light show created by the town lights at night is a magical experience to behold.

Deposit & Payments
Deposits are required within 14 days from the time of booking. Amount: Accommodation: $100 or the cost of the first night, whichever is greater. Sites: $50. Christmas Accommodation: $400; Sites: $100. Please Note: You are not guaranteed the dates requested until you are notified by our reservation desk with a booking confirmation. Minimum booking periods apply Christmas, Easter and October long weekend.
Changes & Cancellations
•Make your booking with confidence that you will be able to get your money back in full if your circumstances change.
• Full refund of your deposit on cancellation of your booking. • Policy applies during all booking periods, 365 days a year.
• Bookings can be cancelled at any time before 10am on the day prior to arrival.
• If the required notice is not given a cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit paid will be charged.
• Deposits are taken to ensure that valid bookings are made.
