Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
A minimum deposit of 50% of total tariff is required to confirm a booking. Minimum bookings apply over long weekends, special events, school holidays and Easter. Minimum 7 night booking applies over December/January holidays. Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number after booking if deemed so necessary (with notice if possible). Tariffs and deposits are non refundable if you decide to leave early, for any reason. Any cancellations for a Mid/Peak Period will result in the loss of the $100.00 booking fee if this option has been taken out upon booking. Cancellations must be received in writing no less than 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a credit in the system which is valid for 12 months from cancellation date. No refund can be issued for a credit that is unable to be utilized. If notice of cancellation in writing is given 30 days or less before arrival date a credit will only be issued if a replacement booking for the same dates can be made. A $35.00 administration fee will be charged for all of the above.
