Reservation:
Deposits are required on all bookings.
A 25 percent of the total tariff or the first nights stay whichever is the greater.
For all Xmas reservations a second deposit of another 25% of total tariff is to be paid before 30th Oct.
All payment for the deposits can be made thru MasterCard, Visa, money order, Cheque or Direct Deposit .

Cancellation:
Deposits will only be refunded (less $20.00 administration fee).
During Off Peak or Low season notice of cancellation/amendments is received 9:00am on the day prior to arrival date. If notice of cancellation is not received 9:00am on the day before scheduled arrival deposit will be forfeited.
During Shoulder/Xmas or peak season,School Holiday periods/Easter/Fathers day weekend notice of cancellation should be made 30 days prior to arrival date, failure to notify the park deposit will be forfeited.
