Lani's On The Beach is a a tranquil seaside beachfront caravan park that has direct beach access which is the only caravan park in Old Bar, New South Wales. It is located on the beautiful, mid North coast of New South Wales just two hours drive north of Newcastle and 3.5 hours from Sydney.

Deposits:
A holding deposit of 50% of total tariff, or one night's accommodation (whichever is the greater) is required to confirm your booking. This is a non refundable deposit!
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
An admin fee of 10% of deposit min $25.00 applies to any cancelled booking. Any cancellation received in writing 30 days prior to arrival will be permitted to transfer deposit less fee to a future reservation.This credit must be used within 12 months of notification of cancellation, is transferable once only or forfeited. Credits for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will only be made where a replacement booking is confirmed. Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Sorry we have a "no refund" policy.
