Bookings:
Bookings can be made by phoning Gosford Council on telephone (02) 4325 8222 between 9am - 5pm Mondays - Fridays. The site manager can be contacted when on site at the camping ground on telephone (02) 4379 1287. Advanced deposits will be required in the following circumstances: Peak - 50% at the time of making the booking and the balance paid 2 months prior to the date of stay. Shoulder & Off Peak - A deposit equal to 50% of the tariff (up to $200) must be paid at the time of making the reservation or within 7 days of making the original booking.
Refunds:
A full refund is applicable where Council's Customer Service Centre handling bookings has been notified at least 30 days prior to the proposed arrival date. Refunds for cancellations after that period will incur an administration fee ($20). No refund will be given for cancellations 7 days prior to the booking. Cancellations will be accepted by telephone to (02) 4325 8222 or fax (02) 4323 2477 or by post to PO Box 21, Gosford, 2250.
