Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations need to be made in writing via fax or email. Cancellation fee of $25 applies to all bookings. No refunds for early departure and no shows will incur the full charge to their credit cards.

For Premium/Peak Season, a refund of the deposit (minus the cancellation fee) will be provided for those bookings cancelled in writing 21 days prior to the booking. Bookings cancelled with less than 21 days notice of the booking will only receive a refund of the deposit (minus the cancellation fee) if the site can be re-let. While for Shoulder/Off Peak, a refund of the deposit (minus the cancellation fee) will be provided for those bookings cancelled in writing 7 days prior to the booking. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice of the booking will only receive a refund of the deposit (minus the cancellation fee) if the site can be re-let.
