Cancellation Policy:
One months notice required for cancellation of a school holiday / peak season booking otherwise a 50% cancellation fee applies. Full refund (less a $25 admin. fee) if one month or more notice given. Other cancellations within two weeks of arrival forfeit their deposit. Credit given for a future booking if guest decides to reduce length of stay.
