Booking and reservation conditions are: a) 1 or 2 night stay: requires, at least, half of one night’s tariff to secure booking. b) 3 to 7 night stay: requires, at least, one night’s tariff to secure booking. c) More than one week: requires at least 3 nights tariff to secure the first week and subsequent weeks are to be paid in full before the end of the first or each week.

Cancellations:
If you cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival: you can get a full refund (except CMF and
peak period bookings: please check about these). For 30 to 14 days prior to arrival, you get 80% (of total amount paid) back. For 0 to 14 days prior to arrival, there is no refund available.
