Cancellations and Refunds:
Regular Season: Each booking requires a full 7 days notice of cancellation for a refund. A $20 cancellation fee applies to each reserved unit/site that is cancelled. Holiday/Peak Seasons: Each booking requires a full 30 days notice of cancellation for a refund, (less cancellation fee of $20.00). Less than 30 days, no refund of deposit. If balance of payment has been made a refund may only be applicable if the site can be rebooked for the same period or part thereof. No refunds for reason of weather, sickness, or if the guest decides to shorten their stay on or after the arrival date. No refund for guests not arriving on expected date. Refunds will be by cheque only at end of calendar month.
