To guarantee a reservation a deposit by Bank Cheque, Australian Money Order or Credit Card is payable. (We do not accept personal or business cheques, American Express or Diners. All bookings must be paid in full on arrival, no refunds should you depart prior to your booked departure day.

Cancellations:
For cancellations received in writing at least four weeks prior to your arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a $35 fee. Deposit can be transferred to another booking within 12 months without penalty. Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks from arrival date are not entitled to a refund or transfer.
