Spectacularly located on the edge of the Clarke range, Explorers' Haven offers relaxing accommodation with magnificent views over Eungella National Park and the Pioneer Valley. This unique, secluded, little park also offers grassed, powered and unpowered caravan and camping sites which also have breathtaking views of the valley below.

Eungella is approximately 85 kilometres inland from Mackay, at the top of the range and 686 metres above sea level. The property borders on the lush rainforest of the Eungella National Park and is 500 metres from the first walking track which is part of the Mackay Hinterland Great Walks. The park is five kilometres from the platypus viewing platform at Broken River which is home to a sizeable platypus population.

Explorers' Haven is ideally located to access the rainforest scenery of Eungella National Park and is a short drive from Mt Dalrymple, Queensland's second highest mountain at 1280 metres above sea level.
