Reservation Policy:
Bookings can be made up to twelve months in advance only, with all bookings subject to any fee increase which may have occurred since the booking was made. A minimum period stay of one (1) week is required over the Christmas, Easter and school holiday periods. Shorter stays can be booked one month prior to start of holidays. All advance bookings (except Christmas bookings exceeding three weeks – see point 5) will be subject to a deposit of $50 or 25% of the standard booking fee (whichever is the greater) up to a maximum of one weeks fees, except where the total cost of a booking is less than $50.00, in which case, the total amount must be paid in advance when the booking is made. Balance of fees to be paid within regulation period to secure site for following year: a) Christmas - For stays up to and including three weeks, the balance of the total fee must be paid in full by the end of October; b) Easter - the balance of the total fee is to be paid in full four weeks prior to Good Friday; c) School Holidays - the balance of the total fee is to be paid on arrival; d) Stays exceeding three weeks (non-Christmas) - a further week’s fee is to be paid upon arrival. Fees must remain a minimum of one week in advance at all times.

Cancellation Policy:
Christmas stays exceeding three weeks: 25% of the standard booking fee is to be paid at the time of booking, up to a maximum of one week, with a total of at least three weeks fees to have been paid in full by the end of October. Fees must remain at least two weeks in advance at all times. Refunds are not payable for cancellations made with less than one calendar month’s notice given, nor for early departures, without approval from Council, which will only be given in exceptional circumstances. General poor weather conditions are not considered grounds for a refund. All refund requests must be made in writing to the Park Manager, stating reasons or the early departure and including copies of relevant receipts. Refunds will be subject to the deduction of a 25% cancellation charge. Where one calendar month’s notice of cancellation has been given, deposits and fees paid in advance may either be refunded or transferred to another date within twelve months of the original booking date. However, transfers will be allowed and/or refunds will be payable for one cancellation only, with no transfer and/or refund applicable for any further cancellations.
