Reservation Policy:
Deposits of $100 are required within 7 days after booking to confirm your reservation on all accommodation via Direct Debit, Money order or Cheque and the balance upon arrival. If deposit is not received, your booking will cancel out automatically and you will need to re-book to avoid disappointment. During peak periods minimum stays are enforced and 50% of the tariff maybe required to confirm your booking prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of deposit given if 7 days notice received prior to arrival. NO refund given if no-show, no notice or less than 7 days notice of cancellation. NO refund given due to weather – No rain checks. NO refund given for pro-rata stay of original booking or early checkout.
