Reservations:
A deposit of one nights accommodation is required at time of booking. Accommodation must be paid by cash, credit card, EFTPOS, direct deposit, money order or a bank cheque before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made with a Head Office agreement.

Cancellations
In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund will only be made if more than 1 weeks notice is given (less a $20 booking fee) in low season. One night’s accommodation is charged if cancelled within 1 week. 4 weeks notice is required during peak season to cancel a booking (less a $20 booking fee). One night’s accommodation is charged if cancelled within 4 weeks.
