Reservations:
To be confirmed within 14 days of booking with deposit as agreed but not less than one night’s accommodation per unit reserved. Accommodation will be cancelled with no notice given if confirmation and deposit is not received within the required time frame.

Cancellation:
A cancellation fee of $25.00 always applies. If approved part refunds will be 75% of deposit unless deposit was a non refundable deposit at time of booking and or was less than $100-00. Part refunds will only be considered up to seven 7 days prior to arrival date. No refund given if there is less than seven 7 days notice of cancellation.
