Reservations/Bookings:
One night’s accommodation is required within 14 days of a booking being received or it will be cancelled. A receipt will be forwarded when your deposit has been made. The account balance is due and payable on arrival in cash or by Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. Cheques are not accepted as payment on arrival.
Cancellations/Amendments:
Please check your deposit receipt carefully and advise of any changes immediately. For Peak Season, more than 30 days' notice, payment is refundable, less $20 administration fee and less than 30 days' notice, payment is non refundable. For Off Peak Season, more than 7 days' notice, payment is refundable, less $20 administration fee and less than 7 days' notice, payment is non refundable. Early departures will not be entitled to a refund.
