Kingscote Tourist Park and Family Units are superbly located on quiet, safe Brownlow Beach. The park is nestled among native and European trees and shrubs. Immaculately clean units and amenities blocks. The Park self-contained units with ensuite sleep up to four people, while the Family Units are affordable studio style self-contained units that sleep up to seven people.

Family Units are located across the road from the park set in attractive colourful gardens and natural bush and share the park's reception/office and laundry. Basic budget cabins with shared amenities. Powered and un-powered sites are also available at Kingscote Tourist Park and Family Units. Fishing charters and tours can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings may be transferred, subject to availability. Valid for 12 months from original booking date. Cancellations require a minimum of 31 days notice. Refund will be given if cancelled prior to 31 days of arrival, minus a $30 administration fee per site. Bookings must be paid for in full if cancelled within 31 days. Reservations cancelled, amended or altered (early departure) at the commencement or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies will be forfeited by the guest, monies will be refunded, minus a $30 administration fee per site if we can re-let the accommodation.
