Originally known as Douglas House, Amaroo Park has a history of providing hospitality to visitors on Phillip Island that stretches back to the early 1920's.

Today the homestead is the focal point of the 2.5 acre site. Housing the on-site famous Youkis Japanese restaurant,bar and cafe, large verandas for all weather with cafe blinds, air conditioning for the warmer months, and a cosy lounge room with gas log fire for relaxing in the cooler months.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits 100% for web based bookings. 100% for high season and special events weekends. 50% for all other bookings. Balance on arrival. Booking fee, deposits and advanced payments are not fully refundable & attract the following fees:

Cancellations no refund for high season bookings and on-line bookings no refund on deposits or full payments.
Cancellations prior to 30 days (excl high season and on-line bookings) before arrival date can attract up to $70 handling fee.
Cancellations between 30 to 15 days (excl high seasonand on-line bookings) attract a fee of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival attract a fee of 100% the total cost of the booking (no refund)
