Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All bookings must be confirmed with credit card details. If you do not have a credit card a deposit in the form of a cheque or money order must be recieved to hold booking within 7 days. No refund with 30 days or less notice on cancellations. Cancellations with over 30 days notice will be refunded their payment less a 25% administration fee. There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason. Tariff may be subject to change. Payment in full is required on arrival.
