Refunds and Cancellations:
Christmas, Easter & Long Weekend bookings will be refunded 80% of the holding fee lodged if the booking is cancelled more than 90 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Bookings cancelled after this period will forfeit the full amount of the holding fee lodged.
At other times bookings cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded 80% of the holding fee. Bookings cancelled after that period will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the holding fee lodged.
Where a party is occupying accommodation and leave prior to departure date, refunds will not be given.
