Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit is payable by credit card upon making an online reservation. If paying the deposit by credit card, the card used must be presented for vertification upon arrival at Warragul Gardens Caravan Park. The balance of the account is payable upon arrival at Warragul Gardens Caravan Park. The balance can be paid by cash, credit card or EFTPOS upon arrival .Cheques are NOT accepted.Full payment of the account must be paid in advance. Guests are required to present valid photographic indentification on arrival. If more than 60 days notice is given for a reservation cancellation, guests will be refunded their deposit less an $AUD$50.00 cancellation fee for each reservation ( mutiple reservations attract a cancellation fee per cabin reserved). If less than 60 days notice is given for a cancellaltion, no refunds or credit will be given. At least 60 days notice must be given for booking or date alterations. An administration fee of $AUD$30 per reservation ( or per cabin in the case of multiple reservations) will apply for each date change or change of cabin type made. Date changes are subject to availability and may attract a higher tariff. You may book using the park's online reservation form.
