A deposit of $50 or one nights accommodation is required to confirm your booking
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings not confirmed by a deposit
FULL advance payment is required for bookings made on long weekends or the July school holidays. This must be made within 14 days of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made 24 hours prior to arrival except for high season bookings
Bookings made in the high season times (July school holidays and long weekends) are fully refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation after this date will incur a 50% loss of payment made
