A $100 per site deposit/booking fee is required to confirm a booking. If booking is less than 7 days prior to arrival date, a $50 non-refundable fee will be taken and deducted from your total accommodation cost at time of checking in.

Refund / Cancellation / Alteration Policy:
For June/July/August: more than 60 days notice prior to arrival - full refund Less $20 Booking Fee, less than 60 days notice - 50% refund and less than 24 hours notice or no show - no refund.
For September - May: more than 28 days notice to arrival date $100 Refund Less $20 Booking Fee, Less than 28 days notice 50% refund and Less than 24hours notice or no show - no refund.
