Bookings/Deposits:
Payable within 10 days of inquiry by cash, cheque or credit card. Non-Refundable/ transferable Booking Fee of $25.00 per Site and $150.00 per Accommodation. Full amount is due for 3 nights or less. Once a 'Booking Fee' is paid your reservation is confirmed and the cancellation policy comes into effect. We will be in contact with you to collect 50% deposit of the total amount due 2 months prior to commencement date of your reservation, once paid your reservation is guaranteed. All balances owing are to be paid in full on arrival - prior to occupancy. Prices subject to change without notice – Prices are reviewed annually in October of each year; all prices quoted will be changed to reflect the price rise for the current year.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go astray. However from the time that you make your booking your site/ accommodation is held for you. Reservation dates can be moved by 8 weeks from the original start date otherwise it’s classified as a cancellation and a 'Booking Fee' charge will apply to a change of dates. Refunds will only be given on receiving written cancellation with at least 35 days notice prior to the commencement date of your booking. A cancellation does not entitle you to a refund on a 'Booking Fee'. Deposits can be transferred to another date within 6 months at the management’s discretion. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued after arrival should you choose to vacate early.
